Marquez won by knocking out the champion, Casamayor at 2:55 of round 11. On the early rounds it seems that Casamayor controlling the fight. But on the middle round it shows that Marquez can also dictate the pace of the fight. In round then, Marquez begins to land clear and crispy shot, and on round 11th Marquez floors Casamayor by BIG RIGHT CROSS. Casamayor able to beat the referee's count and the fight continues, and Marquez JUMPS in to give his all with a lot of left and right hook and an HUGE right crumples Casamayors feet and the fight is OVER!

CAMPBELL VS. GUZMAN OFF

After Guzman comes over 3.5 pounds to their weigh-in yesterday for Guzman vs Campbell bout, Guzman was given two hours to make the weigh, but opted not to, instead he return to his hotel room. Hours later, Guzman was taken to the hospital for observation after coughing up blood. A commission doctor would later examine Guzman at the hotel and determine that he was not fit to compete.

The Fight has been CALLED OFF! Sources close to the situation have just informed that the clash between former super featherweight champion Joan Guzman and WBA, IBF & WBO champion Nate Campbell is officially OFF. late Last night, Guzman was forced to go the the hospital after suffering from dehydration and coughing up blood.

The WBC Jr. Welterweight clash between champion Timothy Bradley and challenger Edner Cherry will now be televised as the main even in replacement of Campbell VS Guzman fight.

Casamayor and Marquez both made weight today and they both passed the weight limit of 135 lbs Lightweight division.

On their weigh-in, the tension between to two counter punching masters seems heated up as it seem they want to start and finished immediately, well well well, not so fast.

Casamayor vs. Marquez, a 12-round bout for Casamayor's Ring Magazine World Lightweight Championship, will headline a night of world-class professional boxing. The world title bout will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will be distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View, beginning at 9 PM ET/6 PM PT.

According to Casamayor, he is very excited and happy that GBP give him the opportunity to fight one of the best fighter, and he declared that he will send Juan Manuel Marquez to retirement.

On September 13th, 2008, best of lightweights fighter will test their skills on beating each other. Marquez will test his skill if he really can carry the weight, and if he really better than Manny Pacquiao by snatching Casamayor's Three Lightweight belts. While in the other fight, Guzman is trying to chase Pacquiao by trying to beat the old but skilled boxer Nate Campbell. I myselft want to watch both of these fight, but the fight is scheduled on the same date so I have to choose between the two.

If I'll watch Marquez vs Casamayor fight, what will I expect to this fight, can I expect an early KO here? Maybe yes, maybe not :) Casamayor is an older fighter and as good as Marquez counter punching skill, what do you expect if both counter puncher fight, one of them should initialize to engage before the exciting fight happen, but I have mention earlier, this is the battle of two great counter puncher, so i'm expecting 12 round decision for who will be the more aggressive in the fight and it shoud be Marquez..

In Joan Guzman vs Nate Campbell fight, is seems that Joan Guzman loss his power since he moved up to super featherweight division. Yes he is skilled fighter and no one will argue with that but the power seems not enough to knockout tough fighter, and Campbell is no bum fighter, in fact he is the champion. So I'm expecting this fight will be less appealing than Marquez-Casamayor fight. Guzman will just do what he did on Barrios and Sotto fight, a very boring fight as he will just stay away to his opponent in 12 round in win by points.

Considering the facts on the top, I'll choose Marquez-Casamayor fight, at least I can expect a good fight when one of them initiate to engage. The KO is a possibility but I believe is small chance.

One of the agreement before the Pacquiao-Dela Hoya push through is that Oscar de la Hoya must agree to pay $3 million for every pound (or a fraction thereof) in excess of 147lbs during the official weigh-in for the De la Hoya-Pacquiao fight on December 6 and De la Hoya give way in order this Dream match happen. Gacal, personal attorney of Pacquiao praised American promoter Bob Arum for convincing de La Hoya to agree to the penalty which has been seen by Team Pacquiao as a small step toward victory.

Freddie Roach, the outspoken American trainer of Pacquiao, has maintained that he will allow his prized Filipino ward to battle de la Hoya only if Golden Boy makes no more than 147. Roach is hoping de la Hoya will struggle to make the weight and end up worn-out come fight night, which was the same thing that happened to Erik Morales in his third meeting with Pacquiao.

But members of Team Pacquiao must take note of the ease by which de la Hoya has agreed to the stiff penalty. Dela Hoya's team is now worried with the current findings of Alex Ariza during Manny's fight with David Diaz. Alex worked with Manny for the first time in Diaz fight, in charge in manny's conditioning and nutrition. And part of his job is to watch manny's power, speed and quickness all throughout the camp and fightnight.

Alex who have work with different fighters in the past, revealed that Manny is one in a million kind of fighter, he is very very strong fighter. Alex used to measure Manny's power by the start their camp in Diaz fight. At that time Manny is around 147 to 150 lbs. Manny's power could measures more that double of his weight, aroud 330lbs, enough to knock down or out a 225 lbs fighter. Alex was very very shocked about Manny's power at that time, with both hands with the same power.

But with the camp progresses and Manny start to starved himself to lose some weights, Alex found out that Manny's power start to detertiorate. But not as significant after the weigh-in. At that time Pacquiao's camp is 100% confident during the fight, but not Alex, he is worried with Manny's power, he felt not effective with his position in Manny's camp. Because he noticed a day after the weigh-in his power could measure only to 139 lbs. only enough to knock out a 122lbs fighter, and his right is even worsed only recorded a power of 100lbs, not enough power to hurt, even a minimum weight fighter. This is shocking to Ariza because that's so much power lost by a fighter in just 6 weeks. According to him its normal that we lost a power in losing weight but almost 200lbs is not normal.

Manny is very affected in losing weight, And according to Ariza's analyis, Manny is more dangerous if doesnt lose weigth during training. He will fight like the iron mike in his prime if arizas analysis will be true in Dec. 6 vs. Dela hoya Because Manny need not to lose weight because 144 to 147 is his normal weight.

And this news alarmed so much to oscar, because they choose manny for two reasons, money and less risks. They want the fight to be competitive to look good in their rematch, They could do that if oscar can control the tempo of the fight. Oscar planned to hit Manny but not hurt totally, and also to be hit and sometimes rocks himself down to look the fight competitive and have a good point for the rematch.

But this time oscar very concerned regarding this, he already trained early and already planned to issue some press release of his excuses if he lost by knock out. like weight, 8 once gloves etc.

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum says the dream match between Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao and the recognized “Golden Boy” of boxing Oscar De La Hoya is doing so well he categorized it as “terrific.”

In an overseas telephone conversation with www.insidesports.ph, Manila Standard and Viva Sports, Arum said he will “sit down with Golden Boy at the MGM in Las Vegas on Thursday (US Time) and everybody grabs their tickets, so let’s see how many tickets are left.”

UFC middleweight Evan Tanner was found dead Monday in the Palo Verde mountain area of California, according to multiple reports. The former UFC middleweight titleholder and 1998 Pancrase Neo-Blood tournament champion was 37.

Tanner's agent John Hayner confirmed to the official UFC website that Tanner had gone on a camping trip by himself last Wednesday and was reported missing to authorities Friday.

"He was always planning on going on some sort of adventure," Hayner told UFC.com. "And he never needed the finer things or made a fuss about them. He just needed enough for gas, shelter, and training."

Officials at the Imperial County Sheriff Department suggests that Tanner died of excessive exposure to heat. Temperature in the desert were upwards of 110-114.

A LESSON ON THE PROPER USE OF MOUTHGUARDS

Tonight at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas a classic lesson on the use of proper mouthguards came to play.

Jorge Barrios (47-3-1, 34 KO), a former WBO Junior Lightweight Champion was leading on two of the judges’ scorecards during his slugfest with Rocky Juarez (27-4, 19 KO) leading to round 11. That is in spite of the two points he lost for borderline low blows in rounds 3 and 9. But he lost the fight. All because of a big cut in his lip. Barrios was leading since the early part of the fight and appeared to be on his way to a victory over the hometown boy, Rocky Juarez. From the looks of it, Juarez would not be able to mount a comeback. Barrios’ lead
lasted up to the end of round 10. Apparently sensing that he was behind in points, Juarez began round 11 very aggressively. He started hitting Barrios with body shots and that opened up the opportunity to hit him in the head. Juarez continued the onslaught sensing that Barrios started fading due to the body shots. Then Juarez fired several times with hard shots to the face opening up a serious cut on the right side of Barrios’ mouth. In addition, he also scored the lone knockdown of the fight in that round. With blood pouring out of the mouth of Barrios from a nasty cut on his lip, the fight was stopped giving Juarez a TKO victory at 2:55 of the round. Until the fateful moment, Barrios on the scorecards was leading by a score of 95- 93, 96-92 and 94-94.

Watching the fight, what caught my attention more than once was how Barrios would slide out his mouthguard after each round before he even get to his corner. That tells me his mouthguard was loose and improperly made. Mouthguards are not supposed to be slipped out by the boxer’s tongue. In all probability, the cut in Barrios’ mouth happened in a very crucial moment when Juarez fired a hard shot in Barrios’ face while his mouth guard was not seated properly (because it was loose). With that it became more like a chopping board instead of serving as a protection for his lips. With due respect to Juarez who won the fight fair and square, the defeat of Barrios indeed served as a lesson in the use of proper mouthguards. Had his mouthguard been made properly, even with the knockdown, he could have recovered. In fact he did, but the cut in the corner of his mouth was so severe resulting in the stoppage of the fight.

These days, the use of USB Flash Drives has been very interesting, unlike the old days. The increasing of capacity of USB Flash Drives available in the market nowadays gives the additional and extra use for the USB (Flash drive or Pen Drive). We can store files as much as 8 Gig of files in a single USB Flash Drive, we can also save bunches of musics and movie files in just small tiny storage device called USB Thumb Drive, and lastly, technical peoples already using this drives for booting up operating system like Windows and Linux, that is because of a large capacity USB Drives. Today the biggest capacity of a USB Flash Drive that I know is 8 GB, I don't know tomorrow or next week if they will sell another newer & bigger in capacity usb drives.... But are you aware that we can use the USB Flash Drive as a USB BOOTABLE INSTALLER to install new operating system like windows xp and windows vista? Interested? If you are, let me give you the list of requirements.

1. Of course, a large capacity USB Flash Drive, any brand is ok, but those brand that leading in the market is much better, I tested it on 4 GB Kingston, 2 GB Kingston, 8 GB Kingston, & 8 GB Imation and it gives me no problem.

2. Working Operating System Installer (CD/DVD), Windows XP or Windows Vista, if you have large capacity you can have both, imagine, Windows XP & Vista in one USB Flash Drive?

3. You need to download the small usb boot utility called USB_MultiBoot_10, there are plenty of it on the need, you can download it for free just goooogle it, but if you failed to find it, just ask me and i'll send you a copy together with the manual . :)

4. Dedication to finish this job done!

5. This is optional, if you can't do it, then you need ME!!! to guide you step by step how to do it.

I'm assuring you that this one is very usefull especially to those who are technical capable, you may use this installer to those notebook that doesn't have cd-rom attached, just plug your bootable USB Installer, and you will have brand new Operating System in just 15 minutes, this is not an exageration, it is faster than CD/DVD installer as long as your system and USB Drive supports USB 2.0.

Michael Katsidis thinks that he is like Gatti, a BULLY fighter. A fighter that always come foreward and never steping back and who always punch in volume, so is Juan Diaz. It is the battle of bully fighters, who will win in this fight will get back his career in track as a champion. Leaving your family to work abroad

OFW, this is our term for those who are leaving their family here in Philippines just to earn money working abroad for the period of at least two (2) years depends on contract agreed by the OFW and his/her employer. I myself was also former OFW wayback 2004 - 2006, so I know what is the feeling of leaving your loveones just to earn $$$. I'm not big crying man, I used not to cry even I'm in severe pain, but to think that you will be away from your loveones for a long time is triggering you emotionally to cry.

Why most of the Filipino thinks that working abroad is their only chance to have a better life? I believe , that it is because Philippine economy is now sinking and poor and ordinary society feels that, that inflation rate to the country is growing, jeepney and taxi minimum faire is extraordinary high, foods are also not in an ordinary pricing.

I remember when I went to Nigeria two years ago, when I first step to their country, I felt very lucky as I thought that it is good that Philippines is much better that this country. But when I finished my contract and went home, after two years of wokring abroad and returning on my country, the philippines is worst than ever. It exceeded the corruption to the highest level as of my evaluation! Thats why OFW here are trying to grab every opportunity to work abroad, last friday I just drive my brother-in-law to the airport to work on Saudi Arabia as he has been hired as cadd operator, do you know how much is his monthly salary? about $400.00, that's too low for an autocadd operator, and considering that you will be working outside the philippines, more or less the equivalent in philippine pesos will be Php 16,000.00, that's toooooo low. Why he grab that, well it is better to earn something than stay at home earning nothing and do some liquor drinkg session... He has the point :)

Clone VS Branded CPU

Nowadays that computers has been part of our daily lives, as they are saying that this is the ages of computer, the competition on all brand of Computer are surprisingly very high. If you will buy new computer, which one are you going to buy, is it the CLONE type or the BRANDED?

We have been in this business for almost 10 years now, I believe I can help you to figure out what is the right choice for.

If you are one of the "technical" people who can do the repair, format or whatever you want in PC without the help of other, I believe the clone type should be right for you. Rianne Nicolette

Last June 28, 2008 is the first year Birthday of my daughter named Rianne Nicolette, cute name isn't it? Well, I don't know why we end in that cute name, I remember when my wife still in her pregnancy, we always have an argument on how we are giving our first child a name. Of course, as an excited couple that having a baby for the first time, our first agreement was, if the child was a boy, I'll be the one who will give the name, otherwise she will :) After several week, we went to ob to submit my wife for check up, everything was fine. Honestly, I felt nervous while waiting for the outcome of the checkup for that is my first time, you know, as a father, maybe that was normal, its good that my baby inside my wife is healthy and normal. Woahh.... what I'm talking about? I need to explain first why we end up to name our baby with Rianne Nicolette, well as I have said, our agreement was if the child will be a boy, i'll be the one who will name the baby otherwise she will, it so happen that the child was sobrang sobrang likot na baby so let my wife to choose whatever she want. After a few months, the baby frequently moving, it seem that shes doing all the moves inside her mother, it seem that she's doing some tumbling there or whatever, she's so malikot, thatS where her second name came from, "makulit" kasi, and "malikot", KULET, then I tried to look some meaning on the net what would be the appropiate replacement name so that I it will be cool for her as she grow old, then I found NICOLE, means VICTORIOUS PEOPLE, that is my contribution in her name. Have you noticed? I broke our agreement, i did not allow my wife to give name on our first child even shes a baby girl :)) :)) :))

We'll in fairness, Rianne is derived from my wife's name, from Rizchelle Anne.. not bad anyway, at least she can see few spellings of her name in our baby's name, but I got the whole surname, hehehehe that is my family name AGUSTIN :)) :))

To give you some idea how does my baby look like now, here is the b-day invitation, i'm the one who prepare that using adobe photoshop, am I good Graphic Designer? hehehe

My Frist Blog

Well, what can I say, this is just my trial blog, thats all :)

My younger brother based in Kuwait is trying to convince me to create blog, for what purpose? extra income! I tried to motivate myself to create sample blog several months ago, but is seems that I don't have the fire inside me to start blogging. Maybe the first reason is I don't have time coz I'm one office boy and at the same time a father of 1 year old baby girl, and second, I can't think or find any "TOPIC" to blog, of course, if I'll make one blog, it shoud be useful for me and my readers. At this moment, when I'm writing this blog, I have many things that is coming in and out in my mind but I have finalized nothing to write!

For now, I have to finish this blog as I am running out of words now :D, this is my test blog, thats all. I hope this is not the first & last hehehehe
